COSAL has retained Jonathan W. Cuneo and Pamela Gilbert of Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca, L.L.P., to serve as General Counsel and Legislative Representative, respectively. Cuneo served for five years as Counsel to the Subcommittee on Monopolies and Commercial Law of the House Judiciary Committee, three years at the Federal Trade Commission and one year as a law clerk to Judge Tamm on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Cuneo is an expert on antitrust, class actions and Congressional relations.

Pamela Gilbert served for five years as Executive Director of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), five years as Legislative Director and Executive Director of Public Citizen’s Congress Watch, and five years as Consumer Program Director of the U.S. Public Interest Research Group. She recently served as head of the transition team for the CPSC for President Obama. Gilbert is one of the country’s leading consumer advocates.
